As a matter of interest, has a definite date been decided for the next meeting at the UEA? I'll need to make a move with regards to arranging the SuSE presentation and need to have definite dates and times ASAP.

Hi.

I have been asked to edit a new Linux magazine that will be launching in September, called Linux Magazine. It will be published by the UK division of Linux New Media AG in Germany, which has published Linux Magazin there for several years. The magazine will contain content of interest to new Linux users, the serious enthusiast and the professional user.

We would like to publish a regular monthly user group section with information about forthcoming meetings, conferences and so on. I would be grateful if you could provide me with this information. The first issue of Linux Magazine will be the October issue and will be published in September, so information relating to the second half of September and all of October will be relevant, as well as other events that require advance booking.

I would also be interested to hear from potential contributors to the magazine.
