Hi All
I've installed Tomcat 6.0 on my build server running ubuntu 9.10. I followed the instructions here:
http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/linux/installing-tomcat-6-on-ubuntu/
And it's been working well. However, I think my application has got too big now (lots of third party JARs) and I keep getting out of heap space on deploy. I've googled but I'm struggling to find a way to increase the memory that works. Can anyone give me some pointers, please?
Hey Paul,
Have you tried playing with the xmx options?
From command prompt, run java -X
There are some options to set the heap size/maximum heap size
Cheers
