They are - I guess you downloaded the pre-compiled installable version, try this source tarball from sourceforge:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/davmail/files then get: davmail-src-3.6.6-1032.tgz
This includes a pile of Apache libraries (eg: commons-httpclient), but no closed source that I can spot.

There are a bunch of .class files inside the .jar archives in <davmail-src-3.6.6-1032/lib> and <davmail-src-3.6.6-1032/svnant>. I guess these are the Apache libraries in question, right?
