Yep - that made my eyes bleed.
But if you plug "world's worst websites" into google you do get some strange results.
This one hurts too: http://www.theworldsworstwebsiteever.com/ It may be a spoof, but I have seen real sites with the same mistakes. And at least it is better than the horrible flash only sites which don't give you any option for a non flash intro.
