We feel that not only is this something that the public should be aware of (nearly everybody uses CDs), but also that this is a way for them to start to understand what the DMCA/EUCD issue is all about: http://uazu.net/cd/email.html Our original leafletting day was cancelled due to the WTC disaster, but we have now set a new date - Saturday 7th October. At the very least, please consider checking out the background to this campaign on the link below. In brief, I would recommend you try extracting a track or two out of *any* new CD you buy, even if you aren't going to need it in MP3 format immediately, just to be sure.
