Has anyone here ever looked at a US based Linux support site called Linux Orbit http://www.linuxorbit.com/ ?
It has a useful list of 'HOWTOs', 'Mini-HOWTOs' and 'Quick Tips' (especially those related to Debian ;o) )
One in particular I mentioned at the meeting on Sunday is "GRUB in Debian HOWTO" http://www.linuxorbit.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Sections&file=index&req=v iewarticle&artid=539&page=1
But be warned it's the sort of placed you go to to look at something specific and then spend hours checking out all sorts of goodies.

I've added the link to the summary of Sunday's meeting that's online at http://www.alug.org.uk/articles/2003/boothalt.html
I've also added some more dates to http://www.alug.org.uk/meetings/2003/ -- are these correct? Do Ely people want 28, 29 or 30 October?

October 16th - yes.
Also, I have booked the Billy Bluelight room again for the next Norwich sunday meet on January 25th 2004.
You could put other monthly Norwich evening dates in as and when you like - currently planned for November 13th, December 11th. I'll try and get a round tuit to help with some meetings webpage updates soon.

I've added other dates mentioned to the index.html page.
Does anyone volunteer to be Syd's tuit and update the pages? Download the page, edit it, save it and email it to me, please.

That's a very useful summary of the talk - thank you.
