I've upgraded the server running lists.alug.org.uk to Bullseye (Debian 11) and that has finally forced me to move from mailman2 to mailman3. Hopefully things are back up and functional again, but let me know if you see any list oddities.
Getting the wiki back up on www.alug.org.uk is going to take me a little longer, but hopefully within a few days. Moin is still Python2 only and no longer part of Debian.
