Norwich 2nd Thursday announce mails
Can I have a volunteer to take over the monthly Norwich 2nd Thursday announcement mails please? I missed this month's and while I could blame the starting a new job and being in the US and just generally being busier than normal I think it makes more sense for someone who is regularly able to go to post the mails. Probably to avoid misleading announcements when the venue changes or a meeting is skipped/moved for some reason (clashes with Easter and so on) and we can't find the automater's admin quickly enough. I think it was automated once before, but I forget why it stopped. Better it not being announced? ;-)
(clashes with Easter and so on)
When was the last time that second Thursday of the month clashed with anything to an extent that alug couldn't get enough people into a pub?
we can't find the automater's admin quickly enough.
If we have several admins this is almost certainly not a problem. Cheers, Rob.

Don't believe this one was ever automated... the Monday IRC meetings used to be though. I think it's mostly not automated because no one wanted to automate it more than anything else, though... Cheers, -- Brett Parker

It would have been easy enough to do, but I didn't mind posting it and it meant I could state whether I was going to be there or not. And when I wasn't I ensured someone else had said they would be. J. -- /-\ | Was Jimi Hendrix's modem a Purple |@/ Debian GNU/Linux Developer | Hayes? \- |
