Are there any Linux network drawing tools?
I don't really want a full-blown Network Management solution like OpenNMS or Nagios, I just want an easy way to map my home network that doesn't require me to do it all manually.

You could try [Dia][1] if you really need a linux-specific tool but otherwise I'd recommend https://www.draw.io/ :)

I've maybe not explained right, I don't just want a drawing tool that has the ability to draw networks, I want something that does basic network discovery and draws what it finds. The ability to add names, descriptions, etc. manually would be nice though.
I already use dia quite a lot.
