Whilst I am emailing though, I posed a question a while back that I am now about to search my emails for; it was regarding my Monitor and it not "sleeping" correctly, and it was answered with something along the lines of "DPMS 0 0 15", but after a quick google last night when I suddenly remembered the words DPMS (at 3am in bed) haha, no such joy..
Sent this to Ted by accident ha ha... i'm such a fool sometimes haha...
Found the answer in my emails, gotta love archiving all the ALUG conversations hehe... the answer lies in "xset DPMS" but if i want these settings to persist past a restart of X, I need to set them in Xorg.conf, right?
