Dose any one know where i can get a cheep hub(RJ-45 connection's, 4 or more ports) from? the cheeper the better im only a Mc D'z worker(or will be 2morrow) and second hand is gr8 :). Also do u know if newhere in norfolk is selling/chucking out old hardware and will not mind giving it 2 a cheep student? I live in the Kings lynn/Noritch area.

If you are looking for a cheap 16 port 10MB hub then scan have got one on sale for today only at:

but be careful because you have to add VAT and a delivery charge on top.
If you want 100MB hub, then they do a nice 8 port hub with one uplink port for about £50, which I bought myself and has given me great service so far. The only thing to bear in mind though is that in my experience, their after sales care is not very good.

I was pottering around in Norwich Maplins this afternoon - they have a couple of 4 or 5 port hubs for about twenty quid.
