Sometime in November would be a good I guess as it is getting a little late to do October IMHO at such short notice and with a bit extra time we could try and do a bit of extra advertising.
The next meeting could be good as we can try to encourage more people from Cambridge to come and Red Lodge is very central for most other people.
Don't worry about the cost as its not a huge amount and I'm sure everyone will pitch in.
