Not wanting to take away the seriousness of this subject, but I do wonder a) how they obtained my email address and b) whether they are sending it out to every email address they can find.
Any of you people had it? Seems rather unusual....

I haven't had it, but I do get around 10-20 spams a day, and am constantly updating my spam filters, which is a pain.
