I may have asked this before but can someone patiently explain how to extract a zip file? It's a font I've downloaded and it's just stuck there on the desktop and neither use not ornamant at the moment. Terminal or GUI options. TIA.

On the command line it's just 'unzip <filename>'.

True! In Mint Cinnamon all that stuff is just "there" via Nemo, the default file manager.

It's OK, I finally go it! Go to the font folder, open it, click on the font and install. I shall be writing this down so I don't have to ask again.
