Hi I have an IBM ThinkPad 600 - which I got from a fellow group member. I have installed Xubuntu 9.10 and am having some problems getting the sound set up. I understand they have a different sound chip to the 600E and 600X and that most distros detect it with the wrong sound chip. Can anyone offer any advice or help on how to get sound working on this machine.
