Of course. That's one of the problems with the current telephone monopoly in most of England. By using another supplier, I get a better deal, better customer service and shouldn't have to deal with the useless bits of BT directly. I don't want those cretins contacting me again and I should be able to make them stop using my personal details for marketing, shouldn't I?
