For anyone who follows the spread of BB networks - the Five Villages BroadBand project, based around the Poringland, Framingham Earl, Stoke Holy Cross area, is very close to signing a contract with wireless provider Link Norfolk. They plan to install a node on the mast at Stoke Holy Cross which will serve an area of approx 18 kilometres radius. Expected to be up and running within 2-3 months.
