Debian developers have decided that with the impending change of Woody from Debian Confusing to Debian Stable, things just aren't hard enough. In order to really fox newbies and gurus alike, the official debian site has announced that Debian Woody will be released in the wrong language (this is the UK mirror, for example):-

WHAT THIS MEANS: All US versions of Debian will now be in Dutch. All non-US versions will only come with Danish locales installed, except the Danish version, which will be in Japanese. The Japanese version will be in Albanian.

A move to Czech has been scheduled for the next stable release, since the Czech language uses very few vowels (in fact some words are merely made of 2 consonants), and this reminds the developers of UNIX commands (cp, mv, ls, rm etc.). The Czech version, of course, will be in Gaelic.

I sincerely hope they don't fix the site before anyone checks it out (otherwise no-one will get what's propmted this silly rant)
