I'd hoped I'd never have to ask this, but can anyone recommend any double glazing people in or around Norwich? I'd really rather use someone on a recommendation than have to risk getting a heavy sales pitch directed at me.
(There's a Linux link here; my sensible brain cell has kicked into action and said I can't have a new laptop until I finally get the windows sorted out. A Toshiba Portégé R200 is calling me I think.)

*NOT* Anglian Windows. Given how much trouble my parents had with their brand new windows and doors that were sourced (indirectly) through Anglian, you would be better off with some that you made yourself out of a sheet of paper and duct tape.
Oh, and watch out for people reselling Anglian Windows as their own brand, as happened to my parents....

www.SSGE.co.uk - terrible web site, not the cheapest, but I've used them successfully twice (including the strange roof). 0800 0150 574
Hope that helps,

For the sake of the archives, I got recommendations for SSGE, Phoenix Windows and Norwich Windows and Conservatories. I got quotes from them all and all their sales staff were friendly and unpushy. I ended up with Norwich Windows and have been happy with the result - they haven't fallen out yet! ;)
