I've been looking round at some of the more local businesses who will do this sort of thing.

Basically I asked about half a dozen about T-Shirts, Sweatshirts (well actually Sweatshits, but they seemed to understand what I meant) and Polo shirts, in various sizes and colours with TUX surmounting the characters ALUG or the text Anglian Linux Users Group over the left breast.

Talking T's in Cambridge replied with;

Prices for an embroidered logo left breast size would be as follows: Set up charge £40 - £70 For a total quantity between 3 and 11: t-shirts £10.90, sweatshirts £13.75 For a total quantity of between 12 and 23: T-shirts £9.10, sweatshirts £12.20 For a quantity of between 24 and 49: T-shirts £8.20, sweatshirts £10.60 For just one: T-shirts £21.90, sweatshirts £24.75

For a 3 colour screenprint white, black, orange (the shaded areas won't print well) we have a minimum quantity of 12. 3 screens @ £20 = £60 12 - 23: T-shirts £8.30, sweatshirts £12.25 24 - 49 T-shirts £6.15, sweatshirts £10.60

If items were to be posted individually this would be an extra £1.50 - £3 per parcel. Please don't forget to add VAT @ 17.5% to all of the above.

Penta Online (Peterborough) replied with;

There would be no upfront costs involved, you would only have to pay for the garments and embroidery ordered.
