Does anyone know if a 133FSB pentium III can be used in a 100FSB slot 1 connector? Presumably there is a performance hit but otherwise is there any problem?
Thinking of upgrading

Thanks for checking that out. And from advice I received yesterday, the motherboard and chipset is indeed the critical factor - some are OK, some simply will not function. I think I'll probably play it safe and stick to 100FSB chip in 100FSB m/b
