I read a comparative review of a few distributions the other
day and Mandrake came out a long way ahead for the novice user.
Do any ALUG members use it? If so, is it really that good?
On another distributionish note, I'm starting to make Debian
packages of some stuff I find useful. It's not that hard and I
know there are quite a few debianised ALUG members, so maybe we
should think about doing a alug-deb archive somewhere?
