I'm all for doing something in the new year, if that's easier for
people's diaries. You've missed the big point tho ... we're now at
two ends of the region. :)
Understandable that it's been traditional of late to hold it at the
Reindeer, but now we have two groups do we want:
a) two separate events (open to all)
or
b) one combined event (either located in Ipswich or Norwich* with the
expectation of travel, or located somewhere between the two)

Nope, support is great - sounds like at least one other person down
here would be willing to travel north, which is a good thing to know!
If noone else from our end speaks up, I've no problem with us just
going up to the belated Xmas meal in Norwich in the New Year ...

* Assuming that the Ipswich meets continue strongly through the next
year too, we could alternate years i.e. one year, Ipswich, one year
Norwich.
