I occassionaly see problems where BTs RADIUS server gets itself in a twist and assigns me a BT Openwound IP address instead of my Claranet one. Hence my data doesn't go anywhere.
Check that you still have Line Sync with the DSLAM at your local exchange. My Alcatel modem has a light on the front, if this is on it can see the DSLAM.
Try depowering your router, waiting 5mins for BT's RADIUS server to realise you've disconnected and try again.
