It doesnt do it every boot. I cant replicate it. If I go into Appearance then I can change it back.
Assuming this is the same thing I have seen, personally I don't think this is a theme at all but the unthemed appearance of GTK. I have had this happen in mid session but usually if I had previously been tinkering with the appearance preferences earlier in the session.
