Grab the crossover plugin from www.codeweavers.com. It's basically wine, but with a slick install/configure interface that saves you a lot of time and effort. Well worth the money, and you can sleep easy at night knowing your cash is helping the development of Wine.
The crossover office solution is also good, if you need to run MS Office 2k apps on your linux machine.
