Thanks, but getting the touchscreen to work wasn't actually that much of a challenge. The problem is disabling all those things that make sense on a desktop (such as selecting text by dragging over it, long-press for right-click, gestures, etc) but which don't make sense in a kiosk where you just want simple point & click.
Chances are that some of the settings I need won't even be touchscreen related. Eg: Click your normal mouse and drag across the screen and it'll select stuff. That's the sort of thing I want to disable. Might be something related to accessibility?
