BBQ sounds like a fantastic idea to me - will the Bar also be open for the usual set of refreshments? :)
If I go to this meeting (which looks v.likely atm) then I will probably be able to offer spaces for 2 people in the car (I would be travelling Aylsham > Norwich > Syleham, petrol money would be nice but not essential (depends on if you are more skint than me)). Book early to avoid disappointment.
