Cron job backups up configuration of /usr/local/zeus, /etc, /etc/mail and various other configuration files and keeps it in a safe area where I download the resulting backup each night. Contents of /home/alug and other directories backed up each week. Will add Mailman to the list of things to back up.
Worst case scenario would see me using my ADSL line and ninja PC to host the site until things are restored should the server die a horrible death.
Regards,
Martyn

I've always tried to avoid having mailing lists and web site on the same machine. Martyn, how good are your backups? Neill, could you hold backups so we can panic-move if really needed?
