For the ones I've seen, it's either kept at the meeting venue (tricky for ALUG's multiple venues?) or by the lugmaster (which doesn't exist in ALUG). I don't remember any LUGs with computerised libraries, which is probably a damning comment on library software or maybe how tricky the librarian task is.
