I have a machine (e.g. uk1.mydomain.com) I want this to be a backup MX server, DNS is all set and when I turn sendmail off on the main server all mail routes to uk1. When the main server is up UK1 delivers the mail.
Great I thought, until I started sending mail directly via uk1 as a spam test
If I address the mail to someone@mainserverdomain.com and then CC a load of other people (As a spammer might) it delivers all the mail. The only domains in the rcpthosts file is the one for the main server
Am I doing something really wrong or do I need to patch something?
