It seems the 8GB Eee PC (with 2GB RAM) is now available, even in the UK:

(Not available in Lush Pink/Sky Blue/Lush Grseen, though. in case you're fussy about such things :))
However, browsing around, I can't seem to find anywhere that has them in stock. PC World only list the 2GB and 4GB models, and Toys R Us are (as always) "out of stock" on any version!
