Erm don't download the .iso? just grab the boot images, and grab the rest from the net, the base distro is only around 100Mb so it wouldn't be a big deal anyways. I doubt you actually need all 600 megs, a quick look at the openBSD ftp site show that lots of those other bits are packages for programs you will most likely never use.
