The only thing I've managed to get working so far is SSH for my Nokia 9210 Communicator. Works very well even though it's a 9,600bps connection (although when my contract with BT Cellnet runs out, I'll be switching over to Orange which fully supports GRPS).
One thing to look for, then, is a Symbian OS 5 (or is it 6?) portable device, as that should then fully support SSH for Handhelds. I'm sure there are a few more devices out there other than the Communicator which support this OS.
Does anyone heard of better Linux support for communicating with this OS. The last I heard was that talking over the serial port worked so files could be transferred but that Symbian were refusing to provide information on the data formats used by their applications and the only application whose data format had been sucessfully reverse engineered was the word processor.
