Prozgui uses the Fast Light Toolkit library FLTK and there's a UI builder called FLUID for FLTK.
There was a hacked-up fluid version that produced guile-fltk code. It seemed OK as long as you only want a widget toolkit and not a full UI library like gnustep. It wasn't what I was looking for, so I didn't test it too much.
