Same here...no way I can make the 23rd but the 30th may be a go...no promises but I will make a real effort (if not only because there are a few reservations on the Library)
If I do come is anybody (who hasn't got the patience or hardware to get it running properly themselves) interested in a demo of XGL and Compiz ?
My machine is running it quite smoothly now..but it's a lot of kit to lug down if nobody is particularly interested.
