I was wondering whether there was any books on Perl programming, more importantly making games using Perl.Thanks Robert

The two main books I'd recommend are the O'Reilly books, Programming Perl and the Perl Cookbook. If you're new to Perl, then Learning Perl is the getting started guide.
If you ask nicely, I think Wayne may have copies of some of them in the BT library that you can borrow.
