It seems that to get some publicity (magazines, some what's on guides) for a formal meeting, we need to agree date and venue three months in advance. Can we do this? Who can keep track of this? Should we do this? I think it's totally impractical to do for the social meetings, though.
I think it is a very good idea, both the forward planning and the publicity!
As for Norwich meetings, I can/do keep track of them (and so does Adam). I am still investigating suitable venues and considering dates/frequency so it is not practical yet to give full details of all future meetings.
It *is* possible though to give a regular day of the month for the evening meeings - and probably the venue also since many people like the Forum coffee bar - and it is possible to give contact details for further info for w/e meetings i.e. my email and/or the website. So, some progress is possible.
Once the venues are firmed up I intend to book a series of meetings well in advance so that my work-load as an 'organiser' becomes minimal. So within a relatively short period of time (3-6 months?), detailed pre-publicity will be quite practical.
