Just when you though the RIP bill was bad enough, Mr Jack - you will only do what I want and I will read you email - Straw has had passed a new Bill - Private Security Industry Bill [HL] - which will require everyone to have a license to be in the security business, which due to (either intentially or not) bad wording will effect those of us in the IT industry who provide security services!
