Hi folks,
I've resolved the spat from Rackspace and even though unemployed at the end of the month, I'm confident something will turn up pretty soon and thus funds for running the server will be all sorted out. There will still be the danger of having to close the server if something doesn't turn up by the end of November, but at least the server will be kept going until then.
Again, my apologies for all the panic and many, many thanks for all of you that have volunteered to take over hosting duties for the site.
BTW, has anybody got anything good or bad to say about OpenBSD? One potential job could have me administrating such a box.
