Ah, been looking for the irc servers. Found #Linux(help) on EFNet so far (nick: Bloob). I should be on irc (EFNet or Slashnet) most of Saturday so if any of you wants to join me or maybe take a look at my devel www pages, come on by.
I'll prob be on slashnet tomorrow morning around 1000 or so. I'm off to Norwich for the day then, so I won't be on the net. Some of you might like to see my first attempt at a resources page at http://www.mth.uea.ac.uk/~h089/alug/start2hack.html
schoolbox is terrible. I think it has a script which sees Friday night and performs a segfault ;-(
Ah. I've never had much cause to use schoolbox.
Hm. I wondered about putting in the more popular sights but since this is an official press release we ought to at least include the official sites.
IMO, linux.org.uk, which is run by kernel hacker Alan Cox, is a lot more official than linux.org, which is run by OS/2 user McLagan.
