Begging them to fix it is probably futile. Try to get it working by messing with the user-agent in about:config (try appending MSIE codes?) and then write to them if you want.
If I were you, I'd switch to Waitrose.com (support the workers! and they price-match Tesco on lots of lines at the moment too) and flame ASDA on some websites. Consumer judo is the only thing large plcs should respect. http://mjr.towers.org.uk/blog/2006/boycotts
