Well, the X13 is the same physical size as the X2X0 series just it has a smaller bezel so they could fit a slightly bigger screen in the same form factor (If you want to split hairs then it really is a replacement for the X390 which was just a 13" screen in the older X2X0 chassis with the smaller bezel).
The T14 is the replacement for the T4X0 series (generally a 14" screen) and the T15 is the replacement for the T5X0 series (generally a 15" screen).
