[ALUG] Live Distro with NTFS read/write for slow PCs

Hi, Does anyone know of a bootable Linux CD which allows both read and write NTFS file system access. I would prefer the distro to boot to the command line as it will be used on old (100MHz and below) PCs with ancient graphics cards. I just need access to the ls, cp, rm, mv type commands... nothing complicated. Seasons Greetings! Ian.
