What a good idea, I know many people who excel in Linux and software engineering who have been diagnosed or suspect they are some what autistic. I myself have often been told by girls that I don't appear to be listening and picking up their social clues, but maybe I am just normal, but all in all I feel that this is a very positive move.
Best of luck to you all and well done for spotting a Com unity that may unfortunately feel isolated and quite frankly in Linux I feel are almost the majority.
