I would have thought that, more or less by definition, testing changes more than stable, and would therefore involve more downloads?
Another thing you may want to consider is sticking GnuWin II on it ( http://gnuwin.epfl.ch/en/index.html ) I know it's windows software so not strictly a distro but it may be helpful, although I guess just sticking debian on a dvd fills most of it up :) Adam
Yup. My DVD of Debian is 86% full, and that doesn't include non-free.
