That is neat. Metronet seem interesting actually... there's been a bit of a furor here over NTL's bandwidth cap, which is fair enough really. MetroNet have gone the other way - rather than penalise you if you exceed ~6Gbpcm, they charge you less if you don't. So if you go away for a month, you'll only pay ten squid! Capped at 24, so it won't spiral out of control.
