I don't know!
In the past i've found a well written letter actually goes far... Depends how it's written of course. I have only been critical of the IT staff; pointing out that Asda has the worst site of Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury's, and how they must be losing business if they restrict users to M$. Bury Tesco turnover £100k/week on online orders... i don't see how they make much money after the outlay for vans and staff
assume it is just on the sheer quantity.
I faxed the letter before lunch and actually had a phone call 1430
while i was out walking the dogs and the manager said he was going to make sure the matter was looked into seriously. [Yes i faxed!... i find faxing very useful although some say it's out of date - useful when a recipient doesn't have an email -- thought it was worth a mention as someone on this group was rather rude when i said i use fax for some letters in the past].
What annoys me is that the website used to work fine but doesn't now. It's not as good as the others but the produce i prefer.
I think I forgot to change the address to 'list' on my original reply: AFAICS the site works fine, using FF2 under Xan dross, and a more recent Iceweasel under Lenny.
But I didn't try to actually buy anything.
