Another query to the best source of general "tech" info I know!
I like using rechargeable batteries (to avoid creating nasty junk). The ones you find on sale are 1.2 volts.
However, some of the thingies I have work best (or even only) with 1.5-volt batteries. The 1.5v batteries I find on sale are non-rechargeable.
So, Question: Can one find rechargeable 1.5-volt batteries?
Basically you cannot. it's all in the chemistry/physics. Primary battery technology tends to produce 1.5V per cell and secondary (rechargeable) technologies all produce 1.2V.
