None of my incoming messages are ever filtered into "Junk" or "Spam" unless I have set them up to do so via explicit filters. these aren't by address. I still suspect that your problem is either in filters, or in TB's Preference|Security|Junk setting, where it is possible to mark them as read.
If not, I have no further idea!

Only a few of mine are (random FedEx and Hulu messages, for example) and as I say, the addresses in this case are not filtered. I've stuck them all in my address book now to see if that helps.
I don't think TB junk filtering works like that... I'd recommend you examine junk filtering options as set, and filtering in general. I strongly suspect your problem is in there.
